The Biggest Little House

Sporting a green roof and an indoor / outdoor fireplace, our latest build is one for the books. The Juliet balcony in the bedroom overlooks the lane and brings to it a sense of community, while also catching the last of the suns rays for most of the year. A lavishly spacious upstairs bathroom replaces what is usually a second bedroom.– the result is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom laneway that leaves nothing compromised for the homeowner in terms of space. 700 sq. ft. of living space with another 200 in the covered, insulated and attached garage — Our latest could just be our greatest.

Been following your SF West House and I’m interested in the solar that was used on the roof as well as some of the plans I’ve seen, however I live outside Los Angeles and would like any information you can give me. I’d like to build a rental or a studio either attached to my home or converted over my garage
