A Small Sanctuary in Point Grey – Our Latest Modern Home

Our latest project is a modern build, perched amid the expansive hills of Point Grey. Sleek, elegant and crowning what is usually one of Vancouver’s more exclusive neighbourhoods, this 750 square foot laneway house is a more affordable way to hang your hat in this premiere community.

As for the specs: This home has a reverse floor plan – that is, living and dining upstairs and master bathroom and bedroom downstairs. Focus details are the privacy frosted glass for all windows pointed towards the main dwelling, and the small but powerful fireplace. Having a hard time spotting the fridge? We’ve covered all the appliances in matching cabinetry to give the kitchen that minimalist flair. Our signature heated concrete and hickory floors are present throughout the home. Let us know what you think about this project in the comments!

Wish you were in CA. I am trying to build a small place for myself in a backyard and like your ideas and such.
